I like to wean the pups at about 5.4 weeks old. I keep them in my bedroom so I can hold them often.
I like a wire mesh bottom so they can keep clean because their droppings fall through and it helps eliminate messes.

Plus I need them near me * grin *. I want to spoil them, lay in bed and hold them. Give them tons of kisses and teach them how wonderful life is. I only get my babies for such a short time. You get them for the rest of their lives.
